1 week 3 days agoATTN: IB/OB #NJudah & #JChurch svc delayed in the area of Church/Duboce due to a signal issue. Trains are taking longer than normal to enter/exit the subway. Westbound #SubwaySvc will see delays btwn Embarcadero & Van Ness stations. Working to resolve. Will update.

1 week 5 days agoUPDATE CORRECTION: There are actually three coaches in service right now. It is the 4th coach that is experiencing the mechanical issue.

1 week 5 days agoATTN: Due to a mechanical issue, there will only be two coaches in service on the 37. Expect extended wait times. We will work to get the third coach back in service as quickly as possible.

1 week 5 days agoFINAL UPDATE: Medical issue has been resolved. #SubwaySvc is resuming in both directions. Temporary residual svc gaps/extended waits possible on all rail lines (except the #TThird) as we work to balance svc.

1 week 5 days agoATTN: Eastbound #SubwaySvc delay at Montgomery station due to reported passenger medical issue. Select #JChurch & #NJudah trains will switch back at Church/Duboce to reduce tunnel congestion. Will update.
